So I totally gave up for awhile, and I’m not proud of it. I work a lot and I train people (I work in a restaurant) so I eat for free but it’s set food. I was using free food as an excuse but I just feel like crap. I just took a trip to trader joes and signed up for a short term YMCA membership (I love running outside but August is too hot) and I am going to get back on track. I’m really excited to have energy and feel good about myself again :)
